As a experiensed Product Designer, I was involved in every aspect of the product development process: from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch.
In more detail, I led next Partners projects:
Audit and research of current products and drawing up a plan for further actions.
Creation of an original Design System. This system is the core driver to standardize and harmonize the product design across a range of platforms and for a simpler launch of subproducts.
Redesign of the entire product including its web platform, iOS and Android Mobile Applications

The Problem
1. Аудит приложения выявил множество различных используемых стилей (инпуты, цвета, кнопки) что нарушало конститентность и усложняло внесение улучшений в функционал и дизайн. 2. Исследование UX показало, что у людей возникла проблема с использованием нашего продукта: они больше не считали его модным и красивым. Цвета, шрифты и маркетинговые приемы, используемые уже несколько лет, теперь выглядели несвежими по сравнению с продукцией конкурентов, которые активно начали ребрендинг. 3. Из за отсутствия гайдлайнов и дизайн системы, масштабирование функций и доработка занимала много времени со стороны дизайна (дизайнеры выполняли свои макеты в иллюстраторе и фотошопе) 4. Understanding that ‘search’ forms the central part of the user’s journey to finding the best tickets, we needed to rethink and revamp this feature completely. 5. Redesign of the homepage and the search engine prompted redesign of all platform pages.

Challenge for me
Работа над новым продуктом на иностранном языке (Вьетнамском) так как у приложения не было Английской локализации.
Для ускорения разработки и возможности быстрее вносить изменения - была принята миграция на material design.
Обучение команды дизайнеров (первоначально 3 человека) по использованию Figma и Дизайн системы после Иллюстратора.

Research
Heuristic Evaluation I have applied 10 usability heuristics for the current version of Android apps and iOS and report for team was prepared.
(Visibility of System Status, Match Between System and the Real World, User Control and Freedom, Consistency and Standards, Error Prevention, Recognition Rather than Recall, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, Aesthetic and Minimalist design, Help Users Recognize, Diagnose, and Recover from Errors, Help and Documentation).
Expert Interviews
This project drastically affected different areas of the organization, which at times had conflicting interests. I conducted interviews with representatives from Product, Marketing, Client Support and Development Leadership to understand each part of the company’s unique requirements and concerns for redesign.
User Interviews Так как язык для меня иностранный я запросил фидбеки от текущих клиентов и возражения при продажах от отдела продаж. Так же были сформированы вопросы для опросов.
During the entire life of the product, numerous internal and external user interviews were carried out. As a result, there was collected a large user database: their pains, values and goals while using our product.
